Using Pen and Scale Tools
If you click on the Pen tool, then the line is created and you can make arbitrarily sep. Edge can be edited using other options of Pen tool. Pen tool name will appear when taking a pointer over the number 3 tool on the left side of the tool box. Tool Number 6 on the right side of the tool box is called Scale Tool. This tool can create any other copy in any particular object in a small / large or specific perspective. Let's get the idea about the tool by creating the object itself.

Pen এবং Scale টুলের ব্যবহার
Pen টুল সিলেক্ট করে ক্লিক করতে থাকলে Line তৈরী হয় এবং
ইচ্ছামত সেপ তৈরী করা যায়। Pen টুলের অন্যান্য অপশনগুলো ব্যবহার করে সেপকে এডিট করা
যায়। টুল বক্সের বাম দিকের ৩ নম্বর টুলটির উপর পয়েন্টার নিলে Pen টুল নাম দেখাবে।
টুল বক্সের ডান দিকের ৬ নম্বর টুলটির নাম Scale
Tool। এই টুল দ্বারা যে কোন অবজেক্টকে নির্দিষ্ট
পারসেন্টে ছোট/বড় অথবা নির্দিষ্ট পারসেন্টে অপর একটি কপি তৈরী করা যায়। চলুন
নিজেরা অবজেক্ট তৈরী করে টুল সম্বন্ধে ধারণা নেওয়া যাক।
Steps
1. Open File> New command and open a new file with OK with Inches option in the Units option.
১. File>New কমান্ড দিন এবং Units অপশনে Inches সহ OK করে একটি নতুন ফাইল খুলুন।

2. Select the Ellipse tool from the Hidden tool in the Rectangular tool group of the tool box.
২. টুল বক্সের Rectangular টুল গ্রুপের Hidden টুল থেকে Ellipse টুল সিলেক্ট করুন।
3. Make an oval by clicking on the empty document and dragging it.
৩. ফাঁকা ডকোমেন্টে ক্লিক করে এবং ড্রাগ করে একটি Ovel (ডিম্বাকৃতি) সেপ তৈরী করুন।
4. Click the Selection tool from the tool box. The sept will be selected.
৪. টুল বক্স থেকে Selection টুলে ক্লিক করুন। সেপটি সিলেক্ট হবে।
৫. টুলবক্সের
ডানদিকের ৭ নম্বর অর্থাৎ Scale টুলে ডাবল ক্লিক করুন। ডায়ালগ বক্স আসবে।
৬. Scale টেক্সট বক্সে 60
টাইপ করুন এবং Copy বাটনে ক্লিক করুন। বর্তমান সেপের 60% এর সমান আরও একটি সেপ তৈরী হবে।
7. Select the Selection tool from the tool box again. The new septi will be selected.
৭. টুল বক্স থেকে আবারও Selection টুল সিলেক্ট করুন। নতুন সেপটি সিলেক্ট হবে।
৮. নতুন সেপটিকে
ড্রাগ করে নিচের দিকে আনুন। আমরা একটি গ্লাস তৈরী করবো এবং নতুন সেপটি হবে গ্লাসের তলদেশ।
9. Drag the Selection Tool or select the Shift key together with two sepices.
৯. Selection টুল দ্বারা ড্রাগ করে বা Shift কী সহযোগে ২টি সেপকে একসাথে সিলেক্ট করুন।
10. From the menu, select Window> Align. Align panel will come.
১০. মেনু থেকে Window>Align কমান্ড দিন। Align প্যানেল আসবে।

11. Click the first button in the first row of the Align panel, ie Horizontal Align Center.

১৫. এভাবে আবারও নিচের ওভালের ডান দিকের মাঝামাঝি পয়েন্টে, এরপর উপরের ওভালের ডান দিকের মাঝামাঝি পয়েন্টে এবং শেষে প্রথম পয়েণ্টে অর্থাৎ আবার উপরের ওভালের বামদিকের পয়েন্টে ক্লিক করুন। (প্রথম পয়েন্টে Pen টুল আনলে Pen টুলের নিচের দিকে একটি ক্ষুদ্র Circle দেখা যাবে।) Pen টুল দিয়ে একটি সেপ তৈরী হলো।
১৬. আবারও Selection টুল
দিয়ে ড্রাগ করে বা Shift সহযোগে ক্লিক করে তিনটি সেপকে একত্রে সিলেক্ট করুন।
17. Enter Window> Pathfinder from the menu. Pathfinder tabs will be active.
১৭. মেনু থেকে Window>Pathfinder কমান্ড দিন। Pathfinder ট্যাব এ্যাকটিভ হবে।
18. Click the first button in the first row of the Pathfinder tab, ie Add to shape area.

19. From the tool box, again select the Oval tool and create an oval on the top like the previous big oval. If you need to move the object before moving the mouse button, keep pressing the space bar.
১৯. টুল বক্স থেকে পুনরায় Oval টুল সিলেক্ট করুন এবং পূর্বের বড় মাপের Oval-র মত উপরের দিকে আরও একটি Oval তৈরী করুন। ক্লিক করে মাউস বাটন ছাড়ার আগে অবজেক্ট মুভ করার দরকার হলে Spacebar চেপে মুভ করতে থাকুন।
১৯. টুল বক্স থেকে পুনরায় Oval টুল সিলেক্ট করুন এবং পূর্বের বড় মাপের Oval-র মত উপরের দিকে আরও একটি Oval তৈরী করুন। ক্লিক করে মাউস বাটন ছাড়ার আগে অবজেক্ট মুভ করার দরকার হলে Spacebar চেপে মুভ করতে থাকুন।
প্রয়োজনে সিলেকশন টুলের
সাহায্যে ড্রাগ করে মাপ ঠিক করুন।
20. Select the Polar Grid tool from Tool tool's Hidden tool in the tool tool box.

21. Make an oval sip at the bottom of the glass you made.
২১. আপনার তৈরী করা গ্লাসের নিচের দিকে একটি Oval সেপ তৈরী করুন।
22. The Swatches panel will activate the Window> Swatches command from the menu.

23. While selecting Polar Grid, select the Gradient button from below the color Selection section of the tool box.

24. The object will be filled with the gradient due to the selection and the gradient panel will come up.

25. Click on Radial in the Type option.

কারণে Black, White Radial Gradient দিয়ে পূর্ন হবে।
26. Select the large seal of glass with Selection tool. Again, select the Gradient button from the bottom of the color Selection section of the tool box.
২৬. Selection টুল দিয়ে গ্লাসের বড় সেপটি সিলেক্ট করুন। আবারও টুল বক্সের Color Selection অংশের নিচ থেকে Gradient বাটন সিলেক্ট করুন।
27. Click on Radial in the Type option.

Now we will make 50% transparent in the gradient's color.
এখন গ্রেডিয়েন্ট এর রঙকে আমরা ৫০% স্বুচ্ছ (Transparent) করবো।
28. Select the Transparency tab of the Dock panel. (If the panel is not open, enter Window> Transparency commands.)
২৮. Dock প্যানেলের Transparency ট্যাব সিলেক্ট করুন। (প্যানেল খোলা না থাকলে Window>Transparency কমান্ড দিন।)
29. Click the drop down (down arrow) at the right of Opacity Text Option. Select dropdown menu will be 50%.
২৯. Opacity লেখা অপশনের ডানে অবস্থিত ড্রপ ডাউন (নিম্নমুখী তীর) এ ক্লিক করুন। ড্রপ ডাউন মেনু আসবে ৫০% সিলেক্ট করুন।

30. Select the large circle of glass with Selection tool. Linear type Gradient day.

31. Enter the angle option of Gradient panel by typing 90 and entering it from the key board.
